If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will offer you either a refund or exchange on the condition that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. All goods must be returned in perfect condition. The products should be unopened. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If you are returning a product as you are not entirely satisfied then please include the reason for return. Please enclose your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send it to: 9 Olde Swann Court, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 3WB. We will deal with your returns within seven working days of receiving your goods. Please note that if you have purchased your products via a third party (one of our stockist) then you will need to arrange return directly with the stockist. Orders are processed on the day of order excluding weekends and Bank holidays. Orders should be with you within 2-5 working days. Orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day. All parcels are sent via Parcelforce with some exceptions which will be sent via DHL.

Absolute Skincare does not test any of their products on animals. The only ingredients that are a derivative of animal products are our natural Organic Beeswax.
All our product containers are made from Glass and are fully recyclable.
